Artfiberglass International Orders

Due to the increased costs and handling for shipments outside of the US, we will only consider international shipments on orders with a minimum $300.00 purchase. Requested orders for less than minimum will not be considered.
There are special procedures you must follow - outlined on this page.

1) Most of our vendors and manufacturers will ship internationally, so for those suppliers, we cannot override their procedures.

2) International shipping rates we cannot post on our website with any sort of accuracy. With constantly changing courior prices due to rising fuel costs. The prices that are posted will NOT cover the cost of international shipments.
If we decide to fill your order, there will be extra costs involved, and in some rare cases, we must first have our supplier ship the product to us so we can then forward to you. But normally we can have it shipped to you directly or at least in cases of shipping items from Asia or China to your nearest seaport.
We can arrange door to door also but they are usually high quotes doing this from a foreign country.
A simple search on the internet will yield many "freight Forwarders" in your local area who can arrange local delivery and clear customs for you. Usually this saves alot for you over a door to door quote and it is really not difficult. We will be happy to help guide you in this process.

A) - Artfiberglass can ship world wide, but it takes extra work for us all.
B) In addition, our stone art carvings in China can also be shipped world wide, but we must make the order worth the additional work involved.
Most of the orders will be large enough this should not be a problem as either they are higher in price and as we get these at local Chinese prices direct from the carver in most cases the added shipping is of little expense and air is just not safe from China for these fine works of rare art.
We work direct with individual carvers or our carving factory in China. As many are in very remote areas and know little about international shipping, we must do much of the footwork including special crate manufacturing and packaging because of their delicacy. A custom made 1 cubic meter wood crate minimum for LCL ocean freight!
We work with over 200 carvers around various areas of China.
We do have several shipping agents to help us that are very reasonable.
We can ship mainly from the seaport of Tianjin China in the north, or Guangzhou and Shenzhen in the south of China.

3) Due to our large sales volumes, we simply do not have the time to comply with the various international requirements for smaller international orders from the USA.

1) Minimum purchase total of $300 plus actual shipping costs plus a $45.00 special handling fee (Bank Wire Fees per wire).

2) All orders sent abroad must be paid in full by Certified Bank Check or bank wire transfer prior to shipping.

A.) Shipping for Artfiberglass panels:
We must get a full quote from the factory before you order.
Shipping small quantities by air is possible. Larger quantities and sizes and ceiling domes ship ocean freight.
B.) Shipping stone carvings from China only, shipping can be paid at time of arrival to outgoing port as these are normally large items, but must be paid immediatly to save you a storage fee. This lets us give you exact costs which is very desirable instead of estimating weights and expenses.
C.) NO International Credit Card purchases except thru Paypal ONLY.

3) Items must be shipped to the person ordering. Absolutely no shipments to second parties or addresses.

4) Request International shipments by email sent to; mail@artfiberglass.com , and include all of the following information:

a) List all items you would like to purchase, including quantities, item number, options, etc.
b) Provide complete contact information and physical shipping address.
c) Phone number and email address of purchaser.

Once we receive your email with the above complete information, we will consider your request.
If you are purchasing products from different manufacturing sources, possibly each item will have a separate shipping and handling charge.
We will not absorb any shipping losses for international shipping, as we often do on shipments within the US.
After evaluating which products will be allowed to ship outside the US, we will respond via email with instructions on how to proceed.
A Bank Wire Transfer OR certified or cashier's check, payable in US dollars, must be received by us prior to sending of any order.
