Custom Photo

Quality printed tiles require a crisp photo file at least 150 ppi (pixels\inch) at the final size. This means that you need at least (24*150 x 24*150)=12960000 pixels (12.96MB). Simply increasing the resolution in a computer program does not provide the required clarity or quality. The photo must be either taken at a high resolution initially, or the photo must be re-scanned from a traditional film photo at high resolution.

Clear, crisp glossy photos can be scanned at high resolution by a qualified photo shop or by Our Factory.

The fee for using a customer supplied image is an additional $25, if the file is furnished in a digital file (.jpg or .tif) format and requires no re-touching or enhancement.

Scanning a customer supplied photo costs $35.00. Additional enhancement and re-touching fees are $75.00 per hour.

Custom Sizes

Custom sizes under 23 3/4" X 47 3/4" Inch or, 23 3/4" X 23 3/4" inch,
can be cut for an additional fee of $24.00 per panel.
